Stella Okafor, wife of the late Nollywood comic actor Mr Ibu, has melted hearts with an emotional tribute as she marked his posthumous birthday.
In a heartfelt post shared on social media, Stella expressed deep love and gratitude to her late husband, describing him as an amazing husband and father whose legacy continues to live on.
“Happy posthumous birthday to my lovely husband. Thank you for being such an amazing husband and father. On this special day, we remember the love, joy, and laughter you shared with everyone.” she wrote.
Stella also vowed to teach their children to honour the memory of their late father.
She urged fans and well-wishers to continue celebrating Mr Ibu, whom she described as a living legend, adding that his impact on Nollywood and comedy will never be forgotten.
Mr Ibu, who passed away in March 2024 after a long battle with illness, remains one of Nigeria’s most celebrated comic actors.
